# About

The CAT Assembly is made up of members who have committed to upholding CAT’s mission and values. The Assembly votes on decisions that concern CAT's mission & values. Members can form committees with volunteers & other CATs.

The CAT Assembly exists to distribute decision-making power from the Directors, Organizers, and Volunteers to a broader population in the community.
